Register Instructions

1. Please enter the Customer Account ID found on your monthly statement.

2. Please also provide your Last Name as listed on your monthly statement. DO NOT include any name suffix such as "Jr.", "Sr.", etc.

3. Then, click the Verify Account button. This will verify that the Customer Account ID and Last Name you entered matches.

4. Once "Match Confirmed", you can complete the Registration process.
